2019 Edit-a-thons

edit-a-thon #1

With the support of the International Conference on Language Documentation and Conservation (ICLDC), LDTC was able to host a Wikipedia Edit-a-thon at the conference. This edit-a-thon was organized by Leah Pappas and Olivia Bianchini in conjunction with Anna Belew with the Endangered Languages Project. Ashleigh Surma was the main instructor. The edit-a-thon provided a space for seasoned editors to work and for new editors to learn. While the edit-a-thon was short, new editors only had time to explore the site, but experienced editors were able to edit the following sites:

Hän Language

Subject Pronoun

Morphological Parsing
